Packaging
We deliver in style! Our elegant gift box packaging was designed to reflect our vision for the re-branded Greece. We proudly used the royal blue color of the Greek sea and sky and the blue & white combination of the Greek. Keeping in mind that our box has to travel overseas, we ensured the safe delivery, of our gift boxes premium products, by using special cases inside and outside. Our popular gift boxes make an excellent impression. We strongly encourage fans to use it as a keepsake for their collections, cosmetics or jewelry.
Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee safe delivery of our products in compliance with all necessary specifications and quality control. The delivery time of your order is determined by its finalization as well as the order confirmation e-mail received upon its completion. As the order is being processed you will receive prior notice of these details.
Your delivery will be carried out by our partner transportation company DHL Express for international deliveries. Our company and its partners take all necessary steps to ensure the timely delivery of the order to the delivery address based on the basic delivery schedule of DHL Express. Please note that deliveries are carried out only during working days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) with estimated delivery time of 10 working days. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Incorrect addresses may delay shipment or maybe subject to additional charges by the transportation company. To ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition, we recommend shipping to a street address, not a PO box. We can not guarantee neither the arrival time nor the exact delivery time of the ordered goods, as it depends entirely on the transportation company that we collaborate with. Our company is not accountable for any delays caused by force majeure unexpected events or events beyond its control. In the event of any delay, our company will make every possible effort to contact you. Our company is responsible for the proper delivery of your order to the carrier. If the recipient is not at the delivery address to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, the distributor will leave an information note with instructions on how to collect the order according to the transportation company procedures.
You warrant that all details provided on the order form for the purpose of purchasing the goods are correct, that the payment card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds and/or sufficient credit limit available to meet the costs of the goods.
We shall use all reasonable endeavors to carry out our obligations within a reasonable period of time, but we shall not be liable to you for any loss, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from any delays in doing so and we shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions by reason of any delay in performing, any failure to perform and any of our obligations under these terms and conditions, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. If we are prevented from carrying out our obligations in the above circumstances, we shall notify you in writing. In our effort to maintain the quality and freshness of our products, we place small and frequent orders to our suppliers and we do not keep large stocks in our warehouse, thus reducing the extra delivery time from the supplier to the consumer. Although we are usually able to ship your order on the same day, occasionally, tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. If this is the case, the item will be placed on back order and we will notify you by email. If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for the item only when it is shipped, and you will not incur additional charges. Please note that prices on Chic Greek Gift are subject to change without notice. If the ordered product or one of its ingredients is not available our Customer Care Team will contact the customer to deal with the problem, suggest a substitute. If the customer does not agree to proceed to another purchase, full, interest-free refund will be offered within 30 days.
We shall not be liable to you for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise out of or in connection with the supply of goods.
The transportation cost is subject to volumetric and weight features and defined by the pricing policy of the transportation company, which is solely responsible for shipping charges and which may alter the relevant prices at any time. Chic Greek Gifts is not liable for any such pricing change. Please note that products delivered outside the European Union may be subject to custom clearance and relevant fees. The company cannot be held liable for any other costs that may be added to these subject to different national legislation's. Additionally, please bear in mind that, when ordering from Chic Greek Gifts, you are considered the importer of goods and must observe all laws and regulations of the country to which the goods are delivered.
Return policy
We have designed products of rare quality and hope you and your recipient will be delighted with your purchase.However in case, for any reason, you or those who receive your gifts are not pleased, within 10 working days of receipt we will gladly accept your return and replace your purchase. To exercise the right of rescission we encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team through the Contact us section, so that we can ask our partners to undertake the transportation of the products. Chic Greek Gifts will cover return costs but the recipient will bear the responsibility of transporting the goods from the delivery address to the specified carrier. In case of return of defective products Chic Greek Gifts undertake both the cost and the responsibility of transporting the goods to the carrier. Return must always take place after communication with our company and the completion of relevant forms. Returns will not be issued for purchases with a coupon code.
