Rakomelo is made by combining raki, from two types of grape pomace, with honey and several spices, such as cinnamon, cardamom, or other regional herbs. It is produced in Crete and other islands of the Aegean Sea, and mostly consumed during the winter as a warm drink. With 20% alcohol, this rakomelo comes in a 50ml glass bottle.

✻Traditional Greek Spirit Raki (50ml/1.7fl oz) 

Raki or tsikoudia is a Cretan traditional spirit drink. After the grapes are pressed, the resulting pomace is stored for around six weeks before it is distilled into raki. The ancient Minoans and Mycenaeans enjoyed a beverage made from grapes which was similar to raki. Nowadays it is still produced in big quantities in Crete and accompanies many friends and family gatherings. Included you will find a 50ml glass bottle of raki with 38% alcohol.
