Believing that the Greek Islands can help Greece to get out of the crisis, Chic Greek Gifts is based in Crete, the biggest and the most southern of the Greek islands. We believe that Greece can be rebranded in its most authentic and original manner.

Are the contents of the gift boxes certified?
At Chic Greek Gifts we value awarded and certified products and travel all over Greece to look for them (map). As a result, we proudly include in our gift boxes products awarded by Tourism Award, Great Taste Award, European Design Award, iTQi superior taste award and certified by ISO 22000, IFS and FDA.

Free shipping also applies when you purchase or use your gift voucher or when you use promotional coupons.

How many days does it take for my order to be delivered?
Your delivery will be carried out by our partner transportation company DHL Express for international deliveries. Our company and its partners take all necessary steps to ensure the timely delivery of the order to the delivery address based on the basic delivery schedule of DHL Express. Please note that deliveries are carried out only during working days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) and with estimated delivery time of 10 working days.
If you think the gift may not arrive in time for the occasion please do not hesitate to use our “You’ve got gift!” service.
What is your return policy?
We have designed products of rare quality and hope you and your recipient will be delighted with your purchase. In case, for any reason, you or those who receive your gifts are not pleased, within 10 working days of receipt we will gladly accept your return and replace your purchase. To exercise the right of rescission we encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team through the Contact us section, so that we can ask our partners to undertake the transportation of the products. Chic Greek Gifts will bear the return cost but the recipient will bear the responsibility of transporting the goods from the delivery address to the specified carrier. In case of return of defective products Chic Greek Gifts undertake both the cost and the responsibility of transporting the goods to the carrier. Return must always take place after communication with our company and the completion of relevant forms. Returns will not be issued for purchases with a coupon code.

If you think the gift may not arrive in time for the occasion, You’ve got gift! is a great way to notify the recipient that the gift is on its way. It’s perfect for when you’re ordering late. Better than just a belated gift and memorable! The You’ve got gift! is exciting, and heightens the recipient’s anticipation for your gift.
You will receive verification when the You’ve got gift! email is opened. Your actual gift will be shipped according to your order. The gift recipient will not be added to any kind of mailing list unless he/she chooses so. Prices are not shown in your You’ve got gift! email. As the gift purchaser you keep the control of the order and are the only one able to check its status or request any changes. The recipient cannot check on the order or make changes. You may create as many You’ve got gift! notifications. Just click the link on our Order Confirmation page at the end of your ordering process. If you have already placed your order, click here to send You’ve got gift! email to your recipient.
